These Terms govern your use of GollaGolla ("the app").

1. Service overview

GollaGolla offers light casual content: a weekly 16-round tournament and daily either/or duo picks. The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no advertising.

2. Eligibility

No sign-up is required, so anyone can use the app. We recommend parental supervision for users under 14.

3. Intellectual property

• App design, logo, and mascot character are owned by the operator (© GollaGolla)
• AI-generated contestant images are produced via Replicate (https://replicate.com) using black-forest-labs/flux-schnell. Generated outputs are owned and licensed by the operator under Replicate's Terms of Service and the underlying model's commercial-use license.
• User-created matches (friend duos) are processed as anonymous data

4. Prohibited conduct

• Manipulating scores or matches with automated tools
• Imposing abnormal load on the server (DDoS, scraping)
• Impersonating others or abusing share links

Violations may result in IP-level technical countermeasures.

5. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as-is"; continuous availability and accuracy are not guaranteed
• Topic content may change weekly/daily, and the service may be paused
• The operator's liability for incidental damages is limited to the extent permitted by law

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated with prior notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
